2009-2010 Season
Player nominations must be received by your Division Coordinator or Commissioner no later than Nov. 1, 2009 in order to be considered. Late nominations will not be considered UNLESS they are needed.
All Star Player Eligibility and Selection Process
- Nominee has shown superior soccer skills
- Nominee has shown good sportsmanship & leadership towards own team & opponents
- Nominee must have clean record (No RED cards and no more than 2 YELLOW cards)
Minimum Requirements:
- Nominee must have participated in 50% of all Regular Season games
- Nominee must be currently registered in Region 147
- Nominee must have paid all necessary fees prior to All Star selection
Guidelines by Division: (How many should I nominate?)
· U10 – 2 players
· U12 – 3 to 4 players
· U14 – 6 to 8 players

When considering your nominations for the 2009 All Star team, remember that these players will be representing not only our Region but Ojai itself. While it is important to send our very best, it is also important that we send those who will represent our community in a positive manner. Consider how the player behaves towards his/her fellow teammates, coaches, etc. Will this player be committed and willing to practice and continue playing until February or March? Make sure to choose players with parents who volunteer their time.

Please be very discreet and do not approach any players or parents about the nominations.
