AYSO PHILOSOPHIES
* Everyone Plays * Balanced Teams * Open Registration *
* Positive Coaching * Good Sportsmanship *
Why have the AYSO Philosophies?
· A child cannot learn to play soccer by watching from the bench.
All children agree that playing is a lot more FUN than watching.
Everyone Plays
· All soccer players understand that a worthy opponent is a gift.
Balanced Teams
· Life is about differences some children are tall, some are short, some are faster
than others, commonality is that all want to have an opportunity to play.
Open Registration
· All children want to be part of a learning environment that allows for mistakes.
Positive Coaching
· Children will do the right thing because it is the right thing.
Good Sportsmanship
